We realize that your time is valuable and throughout the
duration of your treatment you desire a comforting and
professional environment. To help us in delivering a
relaxing experience, please use the following guidelines:
As a new client you should arrive 15 minutes prior to
your appointment so that you can complete a consultation and
get prepared for your treatment.
Please keep discussions with friends
and staff at a comfortable level as other guests may be
completing a massage or facial and expect a soothing
environment. Your
cell phone should be turned off or silenced during
treatments.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing to your spa
treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Our goal is to
accommodate schedule requests for all of our guests. When
time is reserved for multiple services, spa bundles and gift
packages, we require a 25% deposit.
The deposit is
applied to your package at the time of service or is applied
as a cancellation fee when a 72-hour notice is not given.
This policy serves as a courtesy to the needs of other
guests and to our professionally trained technicians.
CHILDREN - You are welcome to bring children, aged 5 to
12, when they are receiving a treatment alongside yourself.
In consideration of other guests, the beauty bar is not
appropriate for children under the age of 5 years.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - We guarantee all products and
services. In the event that you are not satisfied with a
product or service you may return the unused product
(provided that 75% of the original product is unused) or
rebook your appointment within the first week.
For hair coloring services our goal is to maintain and
correct the structure of the hair. We take a conservative
approach when correcting hair color or applying color to
previously colored hair. As a result more than one treatment
may be required to achieve the desired result. Our stylists
will consult with each guest so that expectations are
established before, during and after a service.
PAYMENT - We accept imUniQ beauty bar gift certificates,
Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards and Spa Finder gift
certificates for payment of services. Complimentary beauty
bar bucks, imUniQ beauty bar promotional certificates and
Spa Finder gift certificates may not be combined with other
promotions or discounts.
SERVICE PRICES & GRATUITIES - All service prices are
posted online and within the beauty bar and are subject to
change. Please keep in mind that gratuities are not included
in the price of our services, treatment packages or gift
certificates.
